   Check that joints can be undone without damage; glued or previously altered units may not separate cleanly. Removal and disposal are not assumed to be included.

   Get it sorted

   For a larger plot, include the carrying distance from parking to the house or garden. Empty the unit, reserve space for panels and label the fixings for each item separately. Agree who will move or collect the components.

All teams: minimum 2 hours. Standard two-hour labour totals are £76, £140 and £200. The £75 one-handyman minimum is exceeded by the two-hour booking. Final billing is based on actual time spent.
