Cookies we use

Essential cookies keep the site working: they remember your session if you sign in to our staff area, keep your booking form progress and protect our forms from abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

We may also use simple measurement cookies to count page visits and understand which services people look for, so we can improve the site. These do not identify you personally.

Third parties

Pages that link to Google Maps, Google reviews, Trustpilot or WhatsApp may set cookies from those providers when you interact with them. Their own policies apply to that data.

Google Ads

Outside the UK, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and Canada, we load the Google Ads tag, which sets advertising cookies so we can measure when an ad visit leads to a quote request or a paid booking. For visitors in those regions, or when your region cannot be worked out, the tag is not loaded and no Google Ads cookies are set. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block essential cookies, parts of the booking process may stop working.
